Google marked World Diabetes Day today by placing Frederick Banting in an insulin/pancreas-themed Google Doodle. He was the first doctor to use insulin on humans. He is still the youngest Nobel laureate in the history of medicine, and this World Diabetes Day marks what would have been the good doctor's 125th birthday.
